Robert L. Moore Jr.
Robert has over 12 years of finance and financial advisory experience and focuses on providing fairness opinion and business valuation services. Since joining HFBE in January 2003, Robert has worked in all primary product offerings, including investment banking, fairness opinions, and valuation services. He has executed corporate finance transactions and fairness opinions on approximately $2.5 billion in transactions, including mergers & acquisitions, financing transactions, and recapitalizations. Representative transactions include companies in the energy, services, real estate, healthcare, and technology industries. He has a Bachelor in Business Administration in Finance from Southern Methodist University and a Master in Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin. Robert heads HFBE’s fairness opinion practice.
