Since 2001, participated in financial analysis and valuation of corporate securities and partnership interests of private and closely held companies as well as publicly traded corporations. Participated in assignments and valuations for estate-, gift-, and income-tax requirements, fairness opinions, mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, accounting requirements, litigation support, estate planning, and employee stock ownership plans. Subject companies represented a broad range of industries including manufacturing, construction, oil and gas, telecommunications, retail, banking, medical, lumber, and farming.
