New Shareholders
Howard Frazier Barker Elliott, Inc. (HFBE) announced today the appointment of David Kulkarni, Senior Managing Director; Alan Harp, Managing Director; and Garry Marshall, Managing Director, as shareholders of the firm. Mr. Kulkarni was also elected to the board of directors, joining founding principals Alex W. Howard, William Frazier, and Donald Barker. Each of the 3 new equity partners office in Houston.
New in HFBE’s Dallas office is the appointment of Larrie Weil, Senior Managing Director, as leader of the firm’s investment banking services.
