He has advised corporate finance clients in a variety of industries and has successfully completed a wide range of capital market transactions, including: initial public offerings; public secondary, follow-on, debt and convertible securities offerings; private capital raising; and mergers and acquisitions. In addition, Larrie has served as a director on the boards of public and private companies, as well as on securities industry committees
