Since 1992, participated in financial analysis and/or valuation of corporate securities and partnership interests of private and closely held companies as well as publicly traded corporations. Participated in valuations for estate, gift and income tax requirements, fairness opinions, litigation support and estate planning. Subject companies represented a broad range of industries including textile, plastic and equipment manufacturing, wholesaling, printing and publishing, oil and gas drilling and servicing, distributing and telecommunications.
