As a member of the HFBE Real Estate Group, Chris provides a broad range of financing, advisory, and investment services to real estate operating and development companies. Product offerings include access to equity, debt, mezzanine, and mortgage financing; restructurings; and recapitalizations. In the past several years, the HFBE Real Estate Group has raised more than $300 million in institutional equity capital, which financed more than $1 billion in real estate property acquisitions and new developments.
