Associate Position
Responsibilities include the following:
- Managing projects and supervising analysts and part-time interns
- Performing corporate valuations including analysis of discounted cash flows, capitalization of earnings, comparable companies, and merger and acquisition transactions
- Preparing written valuation reports for client presentation
- Drafting fairness opinions and mergers and acquisitions assignments
- Developing client interaction and participating in due diligence meetings
- Conducting company, industry, and economic research
- Analyzing general economic conditions and industry specific conditions and trends
- Participating in the hiring and training of analysts
We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications
- Master of Business Administration degree (finance concentration preferred)
- Minimum 3.4 overall GPA
- Minimum 2-3 years of work experience
- Project and client management experience
- Strong technical and analytical skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Detail-oriented
- Proficient in Excel
- Ability to manage time effectively and work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
