Associate Position

Responsibilities include the following:

  • Managing projects and supervising analysts and part-time interns
  • Performing corporate valuations including analysis of discounted cash flows, capitalization of earnings, comparable companies, and merger and acquisition transactions
  • Preparing written valuation reports for client presentation
  • Drafting fairness opinions and mergers and acquisitions assignments
  • Developing client interaction and participating in due diligence meetings
  • Conducting company, industry, and economic research
  • Analyzing general economic conditions and industry specific conditions and trends
  • Participating in the hiring and training of analysts

We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications

  • Master of Business Administration degree (finance concentration preferred)
  • Minimum 3.4 overall GPA
  • Minimum 2-3 years of work experience
  • Project and client management experience
  • Strong technical and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
