Andrew B. Frew, ASA
Andrew B. Frew, Associate, joined HFBE in 2000. His responsibilities include performing valuations for financial reporting purposes for public and private companies. Such valuations include purchase price allocations and goodwill impairment testing. He also has experience in the valuation of publicly traded and privately held corporate securities as well as partnership interests for estate tax, gift tax, and expatriation purposes, employee stock ownership plans, and litigation support. Mr. Frew received a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance from Texas A&M University, where he was a distinguished student of the Mays College of Business. Mr. Frew is an Accredited Senior Appraiser in Business Valuation as designated by the American Society of Appraisers.
